YOUR SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, human resources management, or a related field;
  • 5 to 7 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a technical, scientific, or fast-growing environment;
  • Fluent in both French and English, both spoken and written;
  • Ability to recruit nationally and internationally; experience in immigration or cross-border recruitment is a major asset;
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating closely with management;
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and modern sourcing techniques.

  • Under the supervision of HR management, lead and manage the entire recruitment cycle in all departments (R&D, engineering, sales, operations, administration, etc.):
  • Headhunting : analyze recruitment needs, write and publish job postings, search for, prescreen, interview, and evaluate candidates;
  • Support employees in their relocation, immigration, or work permit applications, as needed.
  • Participate in consolidating and maintaining the employer’s brand image.
