EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Postsecondary certificate, diploma or degree:
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in domestic and international recruitment
  • 1 to 2 years in the education sector
  • Experience in prospection and/or cold calling (Required):
  • Proven experience in Student Advising or B2C/ B2B Sales Roles (Required):
  • Exposure to the music & film environment (Asset):
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools (Preferred):

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Bilingualism required (French - English): Fluency in both French and English is required, as this role involves communicating via email and/or phone with a local and international English-speaking clientele (approximately 20% of inquiries);
  • Good leadership and strong team management skills:
  • Passion and knowledge of the film, sound, business-tech industry in Montreal:
  • Proven target-driven marketing and sales skills:
  • Entrepreneurial, with the drive for business and personal growth:

Responsibilities

PRIMARY PURPOSE

The Student Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to prospective students who have shown interest in studying with Trebas Institute. The role holder will be tasked with providing a one-on-one consultative service to each student, assessing each students’ requirements, and making recommendations in line with their individual needs – all the while being a recruitment ambassador and promoting Trebas Institute as the study destination of choice.
