Ta mission En tant que Conseiller(ère) en support technique, tu seras le premier point de contact des cliniques afin de leur offrir un soutien humain, rassurant et efficace. Tu accompagneras les cliniques dentaires au cœur de leurs opérations quotidiennes. Grâce à ton expertise et à ton sens du service, tu permettras aux équipes cliniques de se concentrer sur ce qui compte vraiment : les soins aux patients. Ton rôle Devenir un partenaire de confiance pour nos clients, en les aidant à tirer le maximum de valeur de notre logiciel et en contribuant directement à l’efficacité, la fluidité et à la tranquillité d’esprit de leur pratique. Ton quotidien • Comprendre rapidement les enjeux des utilisateurs et proposer des solutions concrètes, claires et adaptées. • Accompagner les équipes dentaires dans l’utilisation optimale du logiciel : dossiers patients, horaires, facturation, assurances et plus encore. • Résoudre des problématiques techniques et fonctionnelles, tout en vulgarisant les solutions de façon simple. • Jouer un rôle clé dans l’expérience client en transformant chaque demande de support en expérience positive. • Contribuer avec les équipes internes afin d’améliorer continuellement le produit et les processus. • Contribuer activement à la qualité et à la fiabilité d’un outil essentiel au bon fonctionnement des cliniques. • Documenter toutes les interactions, problématiques et solutions dans le système de support. • Offrir un support de niveau 1 à distance aux clients par téléphone et par courriel et procéder à l’escalade des cas complexes au niveau approprié. Ton profil Tu demeures à Québec ou à Montréal ? Tu possèdes une expérience confirmée dans le domaine dentaire et tu aimes avoir un impact concret et visible chaque jour ? Tu es autonome, patient(e) et orienté(e) service ? The sky is the limit! Si tu as : • Expérience dans le domaine dentaire et connaissance du logiciel Dentitek (recommandée). • Expérience en support technique ou service à la clientèle. • Bonne compréhension du fonctionnement d’un cabinet dentaire (agenda, facturation, dossiers patients, imagerie, etc.). • Capacité à vulgariser des notions techniques. • Maîtrise des outils numériques et des environnements logiciels. • Esprit d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes. • Organisation, autonomie et rigueur. • Parfaite expression orale et écrite en français et niveau intermédiaire en anglais. Your Mission As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for dental clinics, providing human, reassuring, and efficient support. You will support dental clinics at the heart of their daily operations. Through your expertise and customer-focused approach, you will enable clinical teams to focus on what truly matters: patient care. Your role is to become a trusted partner for our clients by helping them get the most value from our software while directly contributing to the efficiency, smooth operations, and peace of mind of their practice. Your Daily Responsibilities • Quickly understand users’ challenges and provide clear, practical, and tailored solutions. • Support dental teams in the optimal use of the software: patient records, scheduling, billing, insurance, and more. • Resolve technical and functional issues while clearly explaining solutions in simple terms. • Play a key role in the customer experience by turning every support request into a positive experience. • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the product and processes. • Actively contribute to the quality and reliability of a mission-critical tool for dental clinics. • Document all interactions, issues, and solutions in the support system. • Provide Level 1 remote support to clients by phone and email and escalate complex cases to the appropriate level. You live in Quebec City or Montreal? You have proven experience in the dental field and enjoy having a concrete and visible impact every day? You are autonomous, patient, and service-oriented? Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for dental clinics to provide Level 1 technical and functional support for software operations. Collaborate with internal teams to improve product quality and document all client interactions in the support system.
