Genetec connaît une croissance rapide et nous cherchons à embaucher un(e) conseiller(ère) juridique sénior – approvisionnement et conformité pour rejoindre notre département juridique bien établi. Sous la direction du Conseiller juridique adjoint, vous concentrerez vos activités sur l’approvisionnement, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe d’approvisionnement de Genetec, ainsi que sur les questions de conformité, où vous serez responsable de la gestion des programmes de conformité existants.

• Member of the Quebec Bar (preferred), but we are open to considering lawyers qualified in other jurisdictions, provided that they live in the Greater Montreal area
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in compliance and/or procurement matters in an international context
• Knowledge and understanding of the software / cloud technology industry, including practices, legal frameworks, etc.
• Business sense and judgment, interpersonal skills and team player
• Organizational skills, and ability to work within tight deadlines and dealing with competing priorities
• Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (this role requires interaction with our international collaborators and customers)
