EXPERIENCE:

• 3 to 5 years in a generalist HR role

EDUCATION:

• University degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or a related field

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS knowledge is an asset

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

• Collaborative mindset, client-service approach, influential communicator
