CONSIGNMENT & PURCHASE LEDGER COORDINATOR - 12 MONTH FIXED TERM

Location: Maidstone
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum + discretionary bonus, benefits
Working set up: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00, Weekend rota as required, Initially office-based; after successful completion of probation, hybrid working with 3 days in office and 2 days from home

We are seeking a Consignment & Purchase Ledger Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed term. You’ll play a key role in ensuring supplier payments are accurate, timely, and fully aligned with consignment processes.

Responsibilities
  • Process invoices and capture supplier claims efficiently.
  • Manage supplier payments, resolve queries, and monitor statements.
  • Ensure all payments are made on time.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance and Procurement teams to resolve consignment issues.
  • Maintain accurate consignment system records and support KPI reporting.
