What You’ll Do Consignment Sales & Client Relationships Build and manage relationships with boat owners looking to consign and sell their vessels Educate sellers on the consignment process, pricing strategies, timelines, and market conditions Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the entire consignment lifecycle Conduct walk-throughs, document vessel details, and coordinate listings Sales Execution & Deal Management Market consigned boats to prospective buyers and guide them through the purchase process Coordinate showings, sea trials, and buyer follow-ups Work closely with Sales Management, Service, and Business Office to ensure smooth transactions Maintain accurate records, pricing updates, and customer communications in dealership systems Market Growth & Brand Representation Actively source new consignment opportunities through referrals, outbound outreach, and local networking Represent Boater’s World Marine Centers professionally in the Lake Placid boating community Provide market insight and feedback to leadership on pricing trends and buyer demand Why Lake Placid?
