Job Title: Console Operator
Shift Times: 5am-12pm, 12pm–6pm
Shifts Per Week: 3-4 shifts per week
Weekend Work: Weekend availability is essential

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Console Operator at The Station Grocer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every visit is a positive one. You’ll be responsible for console operations, assisting customers with fuel purchases, processing transactions, and keeping the site running smoothly.
We trade 365 days a year, so this role requires availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. It will particularly suit someone who can commit to working the same set days each week with consistency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate the console system to process fuel transactions accurately.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Handle cash, card, and electronic transactions with accuracy.
• Monitor pumps, uphold safety standards, and maintain site cleanliness.
