POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Consolidation and Reporting Specialist to join our core finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in consolidation activities and a strong understanding of financial reporting. This role will report to the Core Finance Reporting Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Data Science, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in this field
• Experience in Consolidation & Reporting and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI and/or Sigma/Prophix is a plus).
• Experience in a multinational company environment.

• Perform and ensure accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidations.
• Prepare and review consolidation journal entries and adjustments.
• Coordinate with (group) entities for financial information and resolve intercompany transactions.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements in line with applicable GAAP and additional IFRS reporting
• Develop/Assist in creating management reports and presentations.
• Support external audits with necessary documentation. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports
• Key user of our consolidation tool Prophix FC
• Onboard newly acquired companies in NetSuite/Prophix
