Employee Contract Type: Local - Fixed Term Employee (Fixed Term) Job Description: 25% Lead program quality initiatives including oversee design, monitoring, evaluation and reporting, consolidated activation proposal development and capacity building of partners; Provide technical guidance on programming; Coordinate and consolidation of reports and deliver capacity building workshop for partners on M&E, safeguarding and compliance. 25% Manage consortia communications and visibility through developing and implement integrated comprehensive communications strategies and annual plan in line with the Country Plan and DRCC priorities; Produce high quality content (stories, videos, social media posts) showcasing impacts; Ensure branding compliance; coordinate media engagement; Manage crisis communications protocols and Monitor analytics to optimize engagement. 15% Facilitate Governance & Coordination through organized and facilitate PIC /PIC+ meetings; Prepare agendas, briefing notes, and minutes; track and follow up on action items; Ensure alignment between DRCC priorities and consortia activities; Support adaptive management decision and communicate to DRCC and Consortia Team Lead. 15% Implement Learning & Knowledge Management through driving Learning Agenda; Organize learning events and communities of practice Maintain resource library and knowledge sharing platforms; Capture lessons learned and best practice continuous improvement. 10% Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy through development and execute engagement strategies; Craft persuasive advocacy messages; Represent consortia in external forums and meetings; Build relationship with government, donors, and INGOs to influence policy and practice; Support stakeholder engagement strategies and advocacy messaging. 10% Other administrative and Compliance Support by maintaining accurate documentation; Ensure adherence to organizational and donor policies; Support audit and risk management processes.
