Implement the delegate accompanying task to support business operation. Arrest and detain offenders before handing over to police for further action. Gather security information from different sources such as police, security guard, contractors, and residents’ committees to share with team for crime prevention. Escort and protect VVIP as assigned by management to ensure their safety. Supervise money collection (CIT) activities to ensure safe delivery. Carry out traffic control duties during company event to soothe traffic order in surrounding area. Execute patrol walk, drive & roadblock to maintain safety and security communities. Compliance to company policies and statutory regulations Enforce security measures, policies and procedures to achieve high security standard. Enforce the rules in force to comply with the Police Act and regulations. Supervise security guards performance Supervise security guards performance to ensure high level of security standard. Conduct daily physical training for security guards to maintain healthy & skilled workforce. The selection process may take some time as we carefully consider each talent that comes our way.
