As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a skilled Construction Accounting Administrator to join our Anaheim office. This position plays a vital role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all accounting functions.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Construction Accounting Administrator will oversee day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll administration, and compliance reporting. This role works closely with the Business Manager and Controller to ensure accurate job costing, timely reporting, and smooth financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring prior construction accounting experience, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial management within the construction industry is required.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (Foundation Software experience strongly preferred).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience with public works reporting portals, Bluebeam, and project management software preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
