DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Clerk to support the accounting department in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Accounting certification or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2yrs of working experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice period.
Responsibilities
  • Perform daily operation activities and data entry of transactions into MS Excel
  • Process accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate records of expenses, purchases, and sales.
  • Organize and file documents (digital and physical).
  • To assist on any other matter as required by the Admin/Accounts Executive and Operations Manager.
  • Manage recruitment processes and handle onboarding, including employment contracts.
  • Maintain and update employee records and personal files.
  • Handle foreign worker matters, including work pass and accommodation.
  • Coordinate staff training schedules and liaise with trainers.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
