Aston Carter is hiring a Construction Administrative Assistant Apply Now for immediate consideration Responsibilities Enter data from facility management into QuickBooks. Generate, customize, oversee, and monitor invoices using QuickBooks. Assist in the documentation and tracking of invoice submittal statuses using multiple online platforms. Maintain multiple hard copy files and ensure proper statuses are being used.
