Truesdell Corporation is currently seeking an Construction Administrative Assistant to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. This candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and quickly able to switch gears. Our ideal candidate will enjoy working in an open environment with our fast-paced team and is excited about the opportunity to advance within our company.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3yrs as an administrative assistant or receptionist.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Customer service focused and a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities
  • Answering telephones and transferring calls. All calls should be handled with a professional attitude.
  • Greet our customers and guests and assist with their needs.
  • Distribution of incoming/outgoing mail and administration of overnight shipments.
  • Manage office equipment and corporate phone list.
  • Assist the Contract Manager and the Subcontract Administrator with general administration duties.
  • Log Vehicle Registrations and forward to the DOT Department.
  • Process the required pre-project forms and distribute them to various Departments.
  • Manage and order office supplies.
  • General filing, scanning and creating necessary file folders.
  • Prepare conference room for meetings.
  • Administer the Corporate Lodging Account and make hotel reservations.
  • Obtain City/County Business Licenses as requested
