Construction Administrator required for busy Building & Civil Engineering company.

Requirements:

  • Computer Skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexibility in Role & Responsibilities
  • Health & Safety background would be an advantage
  • Quality & Environmental Experience an advantage
  • Construction experience an advantage
  • Divers Licence - travel required with this role

Responsibilities:

  • Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Documentation Control, Review and Recording
  • Assist the Projects Team with programming and planning
  • Site Inspections and HSQE Reports
  • Quantifying and Ordering Materials
  • Organising and managing Plant & Resource allocations to projects
  • Updating cloud based Project Management Systems
  • Other general administration tasks
  • ISO9001 administration

The role would also include CPD training.
Job Types: Full-time, Graduate
Pay: €30,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
