Description We are a rapidly growing national commercial general contractor seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to support our project teams on active commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for a candidate with 1–2 years of construction administration or project coordination experience who is ready to take on increased responsibility and grow within a dynamic environment. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required 1–2 years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, or similar role (commercial construction preferred) Working knowledge of construction documents, contracts, and terminology Experience supporting procurement, submittals, and contract documentation Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Preferred Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field Experience working for a commercial general contractor Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, or Autodesk Construction Cloud Experience coordinating permits and inspections Interest in building a career in commercial construction What Makes You a Good Fit Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Proactive communicator who follows through on tasks Adaptable and solution-oriented in a fast-growth environment Team-focused with a strong work ethic Detail-driven with a sense of urgency
