What We’re Searching For RallyX is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Administrator to support our construction operations. This role plays a critical part in coordinating project documentation, supporting project managers, and ensuring administrative processes run smoothly across active projects. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. You thrive in a role that requires accuracy, follow-through, and strong communication skills, and you enjoy supporting projects from development through completion What You’ll Do Assist in project development and ongoing project coordination Support the development and maintenance of project schedules Organize and manage permit documentation and submittals with local building departments Request, review, and track subcontractor estimates Create and release purchase orders for approved estimates Track accepted purchase orders across active projects Maintain subcontractor agreements and insurance documentation Assist with processing change orders in coordination with project managers Support AP/AR functions and assist with 1099 reporting Maintain accurate records with a strong focus on detail and accuracy What You Need Previous experience in an administrative role (construction or related industry preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with QuickBooks preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Ability to work onsite in our offices is a requirement for this role Why RallyX?
