The Construction and , Earthwork Managers, oversees and directs all aspects of large-scale earth-moving construction projects, including planning, execution and budget management, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality specifications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and oversee detailed long-term and short-term production plans. Coordinate all project resources, including personnel, heavy equipment, and construction materials. Manage project budgets, track expenditures rigorously, and forecast costs to ensure strict adherence to financial objectives. Lead, train, and mentor on-site teams and supervise subcontractors, ensuring high performance and adherence to project goals. Monitor all work to guarantee the quality meets or exceeds contractual and design requirements. Provide essential technical guidance and support to the on-site team, including overseeing equipment maintenance and operations. Ensure all activities strictly comply with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, including conducting regular safety inspections and managing statutory responsibilities. Serve as the primary liaison, effectively communicating project progress and addressing issues with clients, suppliers, corporate management, and government bodies. Utilize strong independent problem-solving skills to adapt to changing environments and resolve complex issues under pressure. Requirements: Minimum 15 years of progressive experience developing greenfield construction projects in challenging terrain. A Bachelor's Degree in Mining, Engineering (or a related field). Strong leadership and communication skills, essential for managing diverse teams and interacting effectively with stakeholders. Proficiency in core project management disciplines, including project scheduling, cost control, and risk management. A strong understanding of civil design, complex earthworks operations, heavy equipment, and industry best practices.
