Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Responsibilities
  • Manage design, permit, construction, and architecture management for various projects.
  • Ensure effective planning and execution of new construction projects, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
  • Manage tasks related to design and permit work, including EIA, BP, and PP.
  • Plan /Initiate and provide input data for design companies, verifying design price proposals, inspecting documents
  • Plan /Initiate and providing input data for construction companies, verifying construction price proposals and value engineering
  • Create contracts and orders, inspecting construction work, coordinating suppliers
  • Coordinate with relevant parties and Solving technical problems in construction
  • Negotiate with suppliers and Preparing construction work and other repairs to avoid problems
  • Provide technical support to other departments to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Ensure and report on project status, costs, timelines, and other key details for management.Coordinate with teams across various departments to ensure alignment of project goals.
