Palms is looking for an experienced Construction Assistant for Commercial Remodeling to join our established team and contribute to our expertly managed apartment and commercial properties throughout the Southeast.

As a Construction Assistant for Commercial Remodeling, you’ll work independently and collaboratively on special projects across our apartment communities and commercial properties. Based out of Charleston, SC, this position involves travel to properties within a 2-hour radius, with occasional travel to other regional hubs including Raleigh, Charlotte, and other Southeast markets. A company vehicle will be provided for all work-related travel.
Your responsibilities will include estimating project timelines, managing your schedule, and executing hands-on renovation work with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. You’ll coordinate with onsite maintenance and leasing teams to deliver high-impact results.
