Construction Associate (3–4 Years Experience) Location: Atlanta, GA | Salary: $250,000 – $275,000 A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Construction Associate with 3 to 4 years of experience to join its top-ranked construction and infrastructure team in Atlanta. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level attorney who thrives in fast-paced, high-profile work environments and wants to advise on some of the largest development projects in the U.S. What You’ll Do You’ll work closely with real estate developers, project owners, and contractors on major construction and infrastructure developments, including: Airports, stadiums, and energy infrastructure High-rise residential and commercial towers Hospitals, industrial facilities, and public-private partnerships Your focus will include contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution, with the opportunity to build both transactional and litigation experience in a specialized and in-demand practice area. What We’re Looking For 3 to 4 years of experience in construction law, infrastructure, project development, or real estate transactions Strong preference for candidates with transactional experience, especially with construction contracts or development agreements Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills Strong academic credentials Must be admitted to the Georgia State Bar and in good standing Why This Role?
