Construction Associate/ Senior Associate (Non-Contentious), 4+ PQE

Our client is a leading law firm looking to hire a solicitor qualified in England and Wales with 4+ years PQE to join their Construction practice in their Central London office as an associate or senior associate.
The firm has a wide client base, including utilities companies, developers, funders, investors and contractors.
You will have experience of standard form construction contracts (including NEC, JCT, FIDIC), as well as bespoke agreements and sector-specific arrangements. You will also support clients with development agreements, process plant documentation, and related matters. Although the role is primarily non-contentious, it will involve some contentious work.
