Key services provided to developers in this service line include site assessment and due diligence, planning approvals and engineering design through to completion of construction. Job Description We are seeking to appoint a Construction Auditor in our Sunshine Coast however we are open to Brisbane based candidates as well. This is a newly created role due to strong organic growth. You will be responsible for completing construction audits and working across a large-scale road project. We are seeking a proactive team member capable of working with contractors to solve issues and ensure construction delivery is in accordance with drawings and authority standards. Specifically: Inspect OH&S on site to ensure risks and hazards are identified against the Contractors management plan Identify construction RFI’s on site and coordinate changes with design the team Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical information in a simplified manner Undertake site inspections regularly including asset inspections and testing Use iAuditor to monitor and report on construction progress. Qualifications Proven experience in civil or road construction projects is essential Demonstrated experience managing projects in all stages of construction delivery Strong understanding of construction processes, standards, and compliance requirements The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Current Drivers Licence Additional Information At Colliers, we are enterprising.
