Description Scottsdale/Phoenix Area | In-Office | Monday–Friday $70,000 – $75,000 DOE Clayton Floor Covering & Design is seeking an experienced Construction Billing & Project Accounting Specialist to support billing, job cost accounting, subcontractor compliance, and financial reporting for multiple active flooring projects. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced subcontractor environment working directly with accounting leadership and Project Managers. Responsibilities Prepare and submit AIA progress billings Process billing through Textura, GC Pay, and Procore Manage change orders and complete draw packages Enter vendor invoices and match to purchase orders Review and enter subcontractor labor bills tied to work orders Maintain subcontractor compliance (COIs, W-9s, agreements) Track lien waivers and preliminary notices to preserve lien rights Support job costing and monthly WIP reporting Assist with project setup in QuickBooks Contractor Edition Help prepare prequalification and credit applications Assist with credit card reconciliations Perform additional billing and accounting support duties as assigned.
