OVERVIEW

We are seeking a bi-lingual (English and Spanish) Buyer to join our dynamic team. This position requires knowledge of construction materials and takeoffs. The Buyer will collaborate with the team to optimize purchasing strategies and support overall business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of construction industry.
  • Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful supplier relationships.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their impact on procurement processes is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making purposes.
  • Effective communication skills in English and Spanish to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.

  • Create bills of materials based on drawings and specifications.
