We are seeking Construction Compliance & EHS Coordinator to join our team Wicklow.
Responsibilities:
Conducting routine site inspections to ensure health, safety, and quality standards are met
Supporting the correct assembly and installation of structural components
Assisting in site audits and documentation for compliance tracking
Promoting best practices and helping teams understand safety procedures
Collaborating with forepersons, project managers, and subcontractors
Documenting findings and assisting with corrective actions
Learning on the job and gradually taking on more responsibility
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Hands-on experience in construction, carpentry, or related trades
Keen interest in compliance, safety, or quality control
Strong observational skills and a proactive approach
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Comfortable working across multiple job sites
Full driving licence preferred (or actively working towards it)
Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn new skills
