White Construction is seeking a Contract Administrator to provide support to our project managers and superintendents. Knowledge of construction terminology, contract administration procedures and workflow a plus. The Contract Administrator will provide the execution and compliance of contracts, subcontracts, change orders, purchase orders. This person could also assist with RFI's, submittal logs, close out documents and other documents related to the construction process for multiple projects. Additional tasks would include the handling of credit card receipts and miscellaneous rental invoices. Experience with Viewpoint is highly preferred as the bulk of work is done in this tool. Autodesk Build and/or Procore would be satisfactory. This position works closely with and must have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with owners, architects, subcontractors and vendors. Superior organizational skills and attention to detail are a must. Knowledge of MS Office is required.
