Key Responsibilities Prepare, develop, and revise contracts Review project procurement documents and assist with legal review Assist in contract negotiations with owner and subcontractors Prepare and maintain corporate records and documents Coordinate insurance documentation and bond requirements Assist with debt collection and enforcement activities, including demands, claims, notices, and litigation Assist with preparation and filing of legal documents Assist with all aspects of claims management: submission, incident investigation, review of records, and closure Act as the liaison with all insurance companies, legal counsel, staff, claimants, and other involved parties Experience & Education Minimum 2 years' experience in a construction-related industry, or civil paralegal work Experience in construction law preferred Experience with AIA documents Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong understanding of contract language and terminology Demonstrated capability in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts Working knowledge of claims processes including worker's compensation, general liability, and auto preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Equal Opportunity Employer: All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
