Fann Contracting, Inc., a trusted Prescott family-owned business for 65 years, is seeking a proactive and hands-on Civil Construction Controller. This key position reports directly to the CFO and oversees the company’s entire accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, job costing, payroll, inventory, lien waivers, equipment accounting, and bank reconciliations.
As Controller, you’ll play a pivotal role in job cost forecasting and the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. You will also lead both internal and external audits and ensure compliance with all necessary federal and state reporting requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• 5-10 years of progressively responsible experience in accounting
• Experience in construction accounting or a CPA/public accounting background is highly preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with multiple departments
  Fann Contracting offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including paid vacation, sick leave, health, vision, dental, and life insurance. Salary range: $75,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. Potential for bonus pay.
