Qualifications * Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at an expert level. * Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.). * Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player. * Professional customer service skills. * Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)
