Socket is seeking a highly skilled Construction Coordinator- Introductory Position to join our dynamic construction team. This position helps support construction projects by keeping track of budgets and timelines. You’ll assist with different parts of each project, including technical details, finances, and team coordination. As we continue to grow in the area, you’ll also help with locating utilities on job sites.
This is NOT a remote position. Candidate must be located in the St. Louis/West Illinois area.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and comply with regulatory and quality control requirements
  • Communicate and manage project expectations
  • Manage Multiple stakeholders
  • Assist in seeking out build areas for review and development
  • Assist Senior Project Managers in developing progress reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders and company leadership
  • Assist in conducting final inspections and punch walks, creating punch lists, and assembling close-out packages
  • Oversee contractors
  • Locating utility lines while we continue to grow in the area
  • Support the resolution of in-field modifications and discrepancies, ensuring accurate communication with the design team for network mapping updates
  • Appropriate and detailed documentation
