As a Construction Coordinator, you will oversee and coordinate the delivery of IWS, UPW, and WATR projects within a high-tech semiconductor manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing multiple scopes of work, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong field coordination, stakeholder communication, and a deep understanding of construction sequencing in complex industrial environments. Responsibilities: Lead all aspects of IWS, UPW, and WATR project delivery, from scope development and planning to execution and closeout, ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards. Seek competitive bids from qualified contractors and vendors across all relevant disciplines to achieve the best value outcomes. Issue purchase orders (POs) and track performance to ensure projects align with approved budgets. Manage project risks, issues, and changes, serving as a key point of contact for trade partners and stakeholders. Collaborate closely with mechanical, I&C, electrical, and LSS subcontractors to achieve critical project milestones. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines; monitor progress and implement corrective measures when required. Oversee procurement, installation, and commissioning Ensure compliance with semiconductor facility specifications, environmental regulations, and applicable industry standards (e.g., SEMI, OSHA, EPA). Identify and mitigate technical and operational challenges to maintain project momentum. Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders and clients, including financial and scheduling performance metrics. Promote a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement throughout all project activities. Mentor and support project team members, fostering professional growth and technical development. Demonstrate proficiency in construction sequencing and commissioning coordination to meet aggressive timelines. Maintain strong working relationships with trade partners to ensure scope, quality, and delivery alignment. Utilize construction management and project scheduling software to track, manage, and report on project progress. Serve as the primary field representative for all ongoing construction activities. Skills Required: Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience in the semiconductor or high-tech construction industry. Strong understanding of construction coordination, procurement, and risk management in live manufacturing environments. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. Proficient in construction management software and project scheduling tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining focus on safety and quality. Education / Licenses / Certifications PMP Certification preferred (not required). No formal degree required; relevant industry experience strongly considered. Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.
