Construction Customer Liaison Coordinator (LANCASHIRE)
An opportunity has arisen with Holden Building Solutions Ltd as a Construction Customer Liaison Coordinator. This role based from your home and on site.

As a Construction Customer Liaison Coordinator , your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the service provided to clients by HBS site operatives
  • Ensuring the highest level of service is provided to each assigned client
  • Managing your own book of clients
  • Understanding our clients’ needs during the project are met, whilst communicating each of your client’s business issues to the wider team
  • Building strong relationships with decision-makers
  • Ensuring site operatives are working towards and hitting KPI’s within the project
  • Reporting to a senior leadership team

You:

  • Will have proven experience within a similar industry
  • Strong experience in client relationship role and the core lines of commercial risks is essential
  • Methodical, articulate, proactive with an eye for detail is essential
  • Experience managing multiple clients and projects
  • Self-disciplined, organised, and results focused
  • Will ideally have team leading experience; however, we will happily speak with any ambitious person looking to manage a team
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Full UK driving license.
