Description:
Construction Customer Liaison Coordinator (LANCASHIRE)
An opportunity has arisen with Holden Building Solutions Ltd as a Construction Customer Liaison Coordinator. This role based from your home and on site.
As a Construction Customer Liaison Coordinator , your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the service provided to clients by HBS site operatives
- Ensuring the highest level of service is provided to each assigned client
- Managing your own book of clients
- Understanding our clients’ needs during the project are met, whilst communicating each of your client’s business issues to the wider team
- Building strong relationships with decision-makers
- Ensuring site operatives are working towards and hitting KPI’s within the project
- Reporting to a senior leadership team
You:
- Will have proven experience within a similar industry
- Strong experience in client relationship role and the core lines of commercial risks is essential
- Methodical, articulate, proactive with an eye for detail is essential
- Experience managing multiple clients and projects
- Self-disciplined, organised, and results focused
- Will ideally have team leading experience; however, we will happily speak with any ambitious person looking to manage a team
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving license.
