Description Responsible for the managerial direction and growth of the construction group. The successful candidate will have construction management experience with the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) and the Illinois Tollway. Construction management experience with the City of Chicago, counties and local agencies in the greater Chicago area is a plus. This position offers exciting challenges and opportunities for managing all activities related to project scope, schedule, cost, quality, communications, and resources; mentoring young staff engineers, assisting in transportation market business development and participating in professional organizations and technical committees.

Responsibilities

The manager will be responsible for the overall direction and growth of the construction group, managing all aspects of projects including scope, schedule, cost, quality, communications, and resources. This role also involves mentoring junior staff engineers and assisting with transportation market business development.
