WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE A SUCCESSFUL DESIGN AND PLANNING LECTURER AT ACTIVATE LEARNING?
The successful candidate will hold a recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying and bring strong, practical industry experience. Ideally, they will also have experience teaching in further education, particularly in delivering the Design and Planning T Level, and hold a RICS-accredited qualification. Proficiency in using educational technologies, such as Virtual Learning Environments (VLEs) and Microsoft Office applications, is important. A clear understanding of how students learn-and the ability to engage, motivate, and support them to overcome challenges and reach their full potential-is essential.
