POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a creative and driven Design / Sales Associate to support our design team and manage client relationships. Ideal for someone with a passion for interior design, remodeling, and sales.

• Serve as the first point of contact for new leads; conduct initial consultations.
• Develop design concepts, space plans, and 3D renderings.
• Source materials and selections within budget; coordinate with PMs and estimators.
• Prepare scopes of work, proposals, and contracts.
• Attend job sites and manage design deliverables through project completion.
