Lendlease WA are currently seeking a Construction Director to lead the delivery of a long-term project in Perth. As the Construction Director for this project, you will be responsible for the planning and the delivery of the project, from commencement through to completion, and will provide leadership and governance to the construction team to ensure that all contract requirements are met whilst also ensuring that Company requirements for health and safety, environment, sustainability, procurement, quality, time, reputation and profit objectives are also achieved. To be successful you will need: Minimum 15 years of experience in Construction, with demonstrated experience leading the Planning and Delivery of large-scale defence, commercial, healthcare, or high-rise projects, valued $100m+. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction/Project Management, Engineering or related discipline. Strong and proven strategic planning and project governance capabilities. Exceptional leadership skills, with proven experience managing large, multi-disciplinary project teams, across delivery, commercial and risk, EHS, and quality. Proven experience dealing with, negotiating with, and reporting to high level stakeholders, both internal and external, including Clients, Government Bodies, Subcontractors and Consultants. Exceptional communication problem solving and decision-making skills, with high level adaptability, integrity, and collaboration.
