REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and rendering software.
• Skilled with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to read architectural drawings and produce accurate shop drawings.
• Previous graphic design experience is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently with minimal supervision.

EXPERIENCE

• 2–5 years of related industry experience (interior design, architectural design, or engineering).
• Previous experience producing construction drawings and coordinating with project teams.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a talented Construction Drafter/Designer to join our team. This role will support our construction projects by producing detailed drawings, shop drawings, and 3D models, while also contributing creative design and visualization expertise. The ideal candidate has a background in interior design, architectural design, or engineering, and strong technical skills in drafting and rendering software.
You will collaborate with project managers, site teams, and consultants to ensure design intent is clearly communicated and construction details are accurately documented. This role offers the chance to apply both technical precision and creative problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare construction details, drawings, and shop drawings to support project delivery.
• Interpret and produce accurate work from architectural and engineering drawings.
• Create 3D models and renderings using tools such as SketchUp, Rhino, and Revit.
• Produce high-quality graphic materials (presentations, diagrams, visualizations) using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and site teams to coordinate design details.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all drawings and documents.
• Manage multiple drafting assignments, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Contribute creative ideas and solutions for design challenges.
