Within the Real Estate Programme Services division at Turner & Townsend, the Real Estate Advisory team comprises experts in workplace consulting, change management, corporate real estate, and facilities management. Job Description
The EHS Director will support a expanding part of the T&T real estate business in the UK, delivering PMC contracts. The role will be report directly into the Director of PMC and will sit on the Operations Board for PMC, providing leadership and strategic direction for the division.
This is a genuine opportunity to help shape the landscape of H&S in UK construction.
The role holder will act as the H&S competent person and EHS management system process owner and will be integral to driving and achieving industry leading EHS standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10 years+ experience in HSE in construction or infrastructure.
  • CMIOSH is preferred
  • Principal Contractor experience
  • HSE Management Systems experience, OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001.
  • Excellent written communications and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Team player, self-motivated, and able to work using his/her own initiative.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a positive, can-do flexible work attitude.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and handle conflicting priorities.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office, Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project Primavera.
