You’ll support our ongoing construction programme, including: Delivering life-extending strengthening and remediation works for bridges Leading upgrades of existing structures Managing slip and retaining wall remediation Overseeing pavement rehabilitation and resurfacing Based in Whangārei, you’ll have access to a truly multi-disciplinary business, drawing on leading subject matter experts to support project delivery. Ko wai koe | About you You’re an experienced civil or structural engineer who enjoys working with clients and contractors. You’ll bring: Experience in construction supervision and familiarity with NZS 3910 Conditions of Contract Experience administering or managing construction contractors (as Engineer’s Representative, Contract Administrator, Contractor’s Representative, or Contract Engineer) Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach A desire to learn, grow your technical and consulting expertise, and have fun along the way Preferably you’ve had experience preparing request for tender documentation Experience with scheduling maintenance works or design of repairs is a bonus Ideally, you’ll have 5+ years’ experience, but we’re open to shaping the role around your skills and aspirations.
