PURPOSE OF ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and detail‐oriented professional with a solid engineering background in the construction industry to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our clients, internal teams, and the Engineering Manager. Your focus will be on assessing projects, coordinating costings and timelines, and ensuring the seamless execution of multiple projects across Ireland, the UK, and Mainland Europe. Whether your expertise lies in quantity surveying or project management, you will be instrumental in driving efficiency and upholding our commitment to quality and innovation in a dynamic work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Assessment & Planning: Evaluate project requirements and translate client needs into actionable engineering tasks.
  • Cost & Timeline Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Engineering Manager to develop precise cost estimates, realistic schedules, and resource plans.
  • Multi-Project Management: Oversee concurrent projects, ensuring they adhere to defined timelines and budgets while proactively addressing potential delays or challenges.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular updates with clients and internal teams to ensure clarity on project progress and expectations.
  • Technical Support & Reporting: Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and provide technical support to ensure projects meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Work cross-functionally to streamline workflows, optimize resource allocation, and support cost-saving initiatives.
