We are looking currently recruiting three experienced Construction Engineer to support new and ongoing developments in Cork City, Millstreet Town, and Killarney.
Responsibilities:
Site Set-Out & Surveying: Accurately set out works on site and carry out detailed surveys to ensure alignment with project specifications.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all works are completed to the highest standard through regular inspections and compliance checks.
Team Coordination: Liaise daily with site management, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to maintain smooth project flow.
Issue Resolution: Tackle technical challenges on-site promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
Project Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation including daily diaries, progress updates, technical logs, and as-built records.
Safety Oversight: Champion a proactive safety culture by enforcing site safety plans and complying with all regulatory standards.
Materials Oversight: Manage site materials efficiently, tracking deliveries, and coordinating usage to avoid waste and delays.
