Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing mixed-use development projects from inception to completion. Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets for mixed-use projects Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations Analyze and resolve technical issues that arise during construction Prepare and review technical reports, project documentation, and change orders Manage project resources effectively to optimize performance and minimize delays Ensure adherence to Saudi building codes and regulations throughout the construction process Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and client satisfaction Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction engineering, with a focus on mixed-use developments Professional Engineering (PE) certification preferred Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD or similar CAD software, and Microsoft Office Suite Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, best practices, and project management principles Familiarity with Saudi building codes, regulations, and local construction industry standards Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Must be a Saudi national
