As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Estimator with background in home building to join our team and play a key role in the success of our projects.

• Review drawings to assess scope, complexity, and build requirements
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for residential garage and garden suite projects
• Research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of local material, labour, and subcontractor pricing
• Track and manage all estimate documentation, including revisions and cost breakdowns
• Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to align estimates with client expectations and timelines
• Adjust estimates throughout the project lifecycle as design and scope evolve
• Generate project progress and cost tracking reports
