JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are considered. You will play a crucial role in the bidding process, collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to deliver precise pricing and project management insights.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in construction estimating or a related field is essential.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing competitive pricing.
• Familiarity with project management principles as they relate to construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and pricing structures is required.

• Utilize estimating software such as Bluebeam and Procore to generate detailed estimates.
• Conduct negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms.
• Collaborate with project management teams to ensure estimates align with project goals and timelines.
• Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders regarding estimated costs and project feasibility.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and pricing to provide accurate estimates.
