REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of estimating experience in interior construction
• Strong understanding of drawings, materials, and NYC market pricing
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Experience with estimating software and Excel

As an Estimator, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate, detailed cost proposals for commercial interior projects. You’ll interpret plans, manage subcontractor pricing, and support project teams from pre-construction through award.
