REQUIREMENTS & OVERVIEW:

• Minimum 5 years of construction &/or restoration estimating experience.
• Previous experience managing projects (construction or restoration).
• Strong knowledge of concrete, masonry, waterproofing, & building envelope systems.
• Valid driver’s license & ability to travel to job sites as needed.
• Prepare accurate & timely cost estimates, budgets, & tender submissions.
• Review drawings, specifications, & project documents to assess scope.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, & condition assessments.
• Collaborate with project managers & engineers to ensure seamless project handoff.
• Negotiate with suppliers & subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
• Oversee tender processes, including documentation & scope of work.
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
