Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets and tender submissions for construction projects.
• Review drawings, specifications and project documentation to determine scope, materials, labour and subcontractor requirements.
• Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotes.
• Identify risks, exclusions, assumptions and opportunities for cost savings.
• Work closely with project managers, site teams, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Maintain estimating records and support tender handover processes.

About You

• Proven experience as an Estimator within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, plans and specifications.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and tender documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management and communication skills.
• Confident working with suppliers, subcontractors and internal project teams.
• Experience with estimating software will be highly regarded.

What We Offer

• Salary between $90,000 and $130,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• Negotiable hours for the right candidate.
