We specialize in large residential projects in the St. Augustine and Jacksonville areas. What We’re Searching For Cornerstone is seeking a meticulous individual to join our team as a Construction Project Estimator. This role is integral to our commitment to delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who shares our dedication to excellence and embraces the challenges of project estimation. What You'll Do: Evaluate project requirements, produce accurate cost estimates, and support project planning and budgeting. Review project plans and collaborate with the team to determine project needs and financial parameters. Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services using industry-standard methodologies. Manage project budgets and timelines effectively, ensuring adherence to financial targets and project schedules. Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and ensure resource availability. What You Need: 3+ years of construction estimating experience, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor's Degree. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and construction estimation software. Ability to interpret technical drawings and analyze project requirements to generate accurate cost estimates. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work onsite in our offices is a requirement for this role. Who is RallyX?
